Overview

Welcome home yoginis. We invite you to reconnect to yourself through spending time in nature, learning how to mountain bike, diving deep with yoga + meditation practices, while tasting a curated menu from our private chef with local, organic ingredients sourced directly from Central Oregon Farmers. With 4 days in Oregon’s premier mountain biking destination, you will leave feeling connected in body, mind, & spirit.

Our Itinerary

DAY ONE

We will begin our retreat on a Thursday with a meet + greet dinner followed by getting settled into your rooms

~ Bonfire + or Yoga Nidra

DAY TWO- Friday

~ 7-7:30am Sunrise meditation

~ 7:30-8am Time Coffee or Tea

~ 8:00-9:00am Morning Yoga gentle flow practice for all levels

~ 10am Breakfast

~ 11am Bike Safety Check

~ 11:30pm Head out for a ride with lunch on the trail

~ 4-6pm Cooking Class with Wendee or Personal Time

~ 7pm Dinner

~ 8pm Bonfire


DAY THREE - Saturday

~ 7-7:30am Sunrise meditation

~ 7:30-8am Time Coffee or tea

~ 8:00-9:00am Morning Yoga gentle flow practice for all levels

~ 9:30am Breakfast

~ 11:00am Head out for a ride with lunch on the trail

~ 4-6pm Additional ride / personal time / hot tub

~ 5-6pm Yoga

~ 7pm Dinner

~ 8pm Bonfire

DAY FOUR - Sunday

~ 7-7:30am Sunrise meditation

~ 7:30-8am Time Coffee or tea

~ 8:30am Closing Practice

~ 9:30 Goodbye Breakfast

~ 11am Check Out & make a plan with your new riding friends for a Sunday ride before heading home

Your Guides

Rebecca Bell has been a student of YOGA for her whole LIFE. She started seeking answers to the bigger questions in life as young as she can remember. Feeling blessed to have found a lot of those answers on her yoga mat and in her adventures climbing throughout the United States, Mexico and the Himalayan Mountains, the ashrams of India and the beaches of Thailand; raced in her first 100 mile Mountain Bike race in Bend, Oregon to being a mom of two rowdy boys and a wife of an equally rowdy husband. 2022 gave her the gift of 34 years of sobriety, 25 years of teaching Yoga and the launch of THE SHIFT her online yoga studio. Her vinyasa flow classes will leave you feeling uplifted and transformed linking breath with movement, creating a shift!

Wendee Daniels, MTCM is a formally trained Traditional Chinese Medical practitioner and herbalist. An epicurean at a young age, who’s devoted to all things beautiful, not just food! Her greatest joy is inspiring others to be inspired & accessing the wisdom of their individual bodies, claiming sovereignty, joy & true freedom so they may live and nourish themselves with true ease. Her nutritional education is imbued with the wisdom of the ancestors (eat like your grandma!) and evidence based science but never takes it too seriously. Because living in accordance with nature always rules. Dismantling the diet dictocrates rules of how we should & should not eat while playfully cooking & eating her way the days continues to be her devotion.

Casey Westbrook is a Mountain Biking Coach + general lover of all things movement, adventure, growth, and fun!

She’s here to support you in your journey to getting strong, feeling more capable, feeling empowered in life, on the bike, and in the gym.​

Other things that are important to me include: women realizing we are so much more that our bodies, taking up space in all areas of life, prioritizing rest, play, our own needs + desires, and taking BOLD action on our dreams.
